Lab Director
Dr. Erin Harrington, Ph.D.
Dr. Harrington is an Assistant Professor at the University of Wyoming. She received her doctorate in Cognitive and Developmental Psychology from Oklahoma State University in 2021 and completed her postdoctoral training in biobehavioral health and aging at Penn State University in 2023.
Dr. Harrington's research primarily examines prospective memory (PM), or our memory for future events. Her recent work has examined metacognitive correlates of PM, such as strategies that support remembering, gender differences in the division of PM demands/tasks, as well as links between inflammation and daily PM lapses among older adults.
In her free time, Dr. Harrington enjoys hiking, attending live music, spending time with her family, and watching scary movies.

Kayla Cunningham
Kayla is a Junior studying Psychology with a minor in Sociology at the University of Wyoming. After completing her undergraduate degree, Kayla plans to pursue a master's degree in counseling to become a school counselor in the future. A fun fact about Kayla is that she is a swimmer, but in her down time she likes to draw and cook.
Kolter Izatt
Kolter is a senior Psychology major. After graduation, Kolter plans on attending graduate school for Clinical Psychology. He can also speak Spanish fluently.
